FareStart

FareStart is a wonderful program that the Inn is privileged to be involved with. Providing culinary job training to disadvantaged individuals in the Seattle area, one of the notable programs is their “Guest Chef Night.” Put on by volunteering area chefs, these events provide the students with opportunities to work with some of Seattle’s premier chefs, as well as a wonderful opportunity for the community to support FareStart – and get a 3-course meal at the same time!
